## When this applies

Merchant Center shows an AI performance tab, a 0% or 100% share-of-voice value, or a vendor offers to replace a report your account does not have. [1][2]

## When this does not apply

Do not buy a workaround or change product data because the AI performance tab is absent. Google controls availability and lists the report for English-language queries in five named countries. [1][2]

## Why this matters

This is a first-party view of organic AI product visibility. It can replace weaker third-party estimates for eligible accounts, while its category and data-volume limits prevent it from proving total reach. [1]

## What to do

Open Merchant Center > Analytics > Products > AI performance. If available, review one category at a time and retain its low-data notices beside your conclusions. [1][2]

## When you’re done

You obtain a dated, category-specific record of visible terms, attributes, and share of voice, or a confirmed no-action result because the tab is not present in your account. [1]

## What this cannot prove

The record covers Google organic AI traffic for one category and cannot prove all-channel reach, store-wide demand, revenue, or complete absence or coverage at 0% or 100%. [1]

## Paid help and free options

- When paid help makes sense: Paid help is worth it only when you need category-level analysis Merchant Center does not produce, and the provider states the same low-data limits the report carries. [1]
- What’s already free: Google publishes AI performance insights inside the Merchant Center Analytics tab, so seeing this number is not a report to buy. [1][2]

**A 0% or 100% AI share-of-voice value needs context before you act.** Open Merchant Center > Analytics > Products > AI performance. Google controls tab availability. If it is absent, product edits and paid apps cannot enable it.

## Check the report's scope

[Google's help](https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/17200695?hl=en) covers English queries for accounts in Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, and the US. The [May 27, 2026 announcement](https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/17117204) names the same rollout countries.

Select one product category. The report covers organic shopping visibility in AI Mode and AI Overviews, excludes paid Ads traffic, and offers no all-category report. Google defines the competitor set; you cannot change it. Queries are grouped into discovery, evaluation, and ready-to-buy stages.

## Read the values correctly

| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 0% | Too few impressions to calculate share |
| Dash | No impression data |
| 100% | No defined competitors available for the account |

These values establish neither total absence nor complete market coverage.

Record the date, category, period, country, and traffic filter. Keep visible terms, structured attributes, search intents, share of voice, query frequency, product counts, and low-data notices together.

Use the record to choose product attributes or eligibility to inspect within that category. Finish with that dated record, or confirmed absence of the tab. Do not combine category percentages into a store score or infer all-channel reach, demand, or revenue.
